This Code of Practice sets out the standards of conduct we hold ourselves to as an energy consultancy. It applies to everyone who works for or represents Infinite Energy Group Holdings Limited. It describes how we behave; the detailed terms of our service, how we handle your data, and how we deal with complaints are set out separately in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Complaints Procedure.
Integrity and honesty
We act honestly, fairly, and professionally in everything we do. We do not mislead you, and we give you the information you need to make an informed decision.
Acting in your interests
We recommend contracts based on your needs — including price, term, service quality, and your sustainability goals — not price alone. Our goal is to be clear with you about that.
Fair sales conduct
We do not use high-pressure selling, artificial deadlines, or misleading claims. We give you the time and the information you need to decide.
Clear communication
We communicate in plain language, keep our information accurate and up to date, and avoid unnecessary jargon.
Competence and care
Our people are trained for their roles, and we carry out our work with reasonable skill and care.
Managing conflicts of interest
We are paid by suppliers but we act in your interests. We identify and manage any conflict between the two, and we tell you where one arises.
Protecting your information
We handle your personal data responsibly and in line with data protection law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Putting things right
If something goes wrong, we deal with complaints promptly and fairly through our Complaints Procedure, and you can escalate to the Energy Ombudsman (our ADR membership number is C35INFI03).
Compliance and standards
We comply with applicable law and regulation, and with recognised industry standards for energy consultants and third-party intermediaries.
